Excendio Advisors has been exclusively retained to sell an established and growing IT Services company with headquarters in the Midwest.
The company derives 80% of its revenues as a Systems Integrator and a Value-Added Reseller of enterprise desktops, laptops and other technology solutions and related services to the public sector market (SLED). 20% of the company’s revenues are derived with custom-built hardware solutions, such as video, IoT, and security for a variety of enterprise markets. Our client has developed several proprietary applications that allow them to automate and scale some of their key processes and provide added value services to their customer base.
The Company's 2023 revenues were $54 million with ebitda of $2.7 million, representing 10% growth year over year. 2024 revenues and profitability are expected to grow by approximately 20% to $64 million and more than $3.5 million respectively.
Our client has built an excellent reputation for engineering and 3rd party logistics and has a long list of loyal customers. The company has outstanding references in several vertical markets, including SLED and large enterprise.
The owner is now looking to join forces with an organization with the resources needed to help leverage existing opportunities. He is interested in continuing with the new entity post transaction and help scale the company.
